Premier Floor Fitting Process: Expertise every step of the way
To give you an idea of how we approach each new project
Step 1: Initial visit - FREE pre-fitting survey and advice
We will take your brief, discuss timescales and any special requirements, measure the floor space, carry out DPM testing, assess any potential problem areas and the preparation required. Should you require any advice we are always happy to help.
Step 2: Quote & Samples
You will then receive a quote outlining the costs involved, your requirements in full and timescales to ensure that we meet your needs (no hidden costs.) If you have requested any flooring samples we also will include these.
Step 3: Agreement to undertake work
Once you have appointed us to do the work we will talk to you and agree a date for the project to begin and a realistic deadline for completion.
Step 4: Final Sign Off
When we have completed the job we will thoroughly check that the final results are perfect and then ask you to make sure that you are completely happy before signing off the project. All projects are invoiced final upon sign off.
We know that if your floor is badly prepared the end result will be disappointing, if the wrong material is chosen the lifespan of your floor is reduced and that poorly fitted floors very quickly look old and tired.
